Our Buyer Specialist understands the challenges buyers face in today’s market and is actively focused on finding your ideal home as soon as it comes on the market. Staying up-to-date on available homes and neighborhood stats is a key focus for the Buyer Specialist.

The Client Services Manager helps with our marketing, scheduling and other critical tasks so our agents are able to focus on finding the perfect home or buyer. If an agent is out showing a house or at a closing, the Client Services Manager is always available to assist you.

If you are thinking of buying or selling a home within the next 12 months, it’s not too early to contact us. We like being proactive and can advise you on the best plan of action to reach your goals. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but with some preplanning, we can make things a little easier.


What happens after closing?

We’re still here for you! You’ll get periodic reminders from us regarding your homestead exemption filing, as well as monthly mailings to keep you in the loop on market trends that may affect you. Our team is also available if you need assistance evaluating property tax valuations or running an analysis on the current value of your home. In addition, we welcome the opportunity to help friends and family you refer.


I have a friend or family member who needs an agent. How do I refer them?

We appreciate every referral from our clients and friends. If we are not the right fit, we will work to help match your referral with someone who can better assist him or her. The preferred way to refer us is to copy us on an email introducing us to your friend or family member.
